Outdoor guide/animator
Work week: 35 hours/week
Duration: 4-month contract with possibility of extension
Salary: $22.94 to $27.39/hour
Work location: Ville-Marie and the entire Abitibi-Témiscamingue region
Languages spoken: French, English an asset
TASKS
- Develop and lead introductory cross-country skiing activities for elementary school children
- Design and lead winter and summer outdoor activities
- Prepare, inspect and maintain the equipment necessary for the activities
- Assists with the management of the Coop's equipment center
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable driving with a trailer
- Sense of organization and autonomy in work
- Reliability and team spirit
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in leading group activities in an outdoor setting
- Strong interest in outdoor activities and working with young people
